Compressed air, water and chemical lines on a solar plant usually mean three vendors and three jointing standards. We supply all three on one fusion system, with one fitter training, one site team, and electrofusion to 630 mm on every line.

Which line goes where on a solar plant

System	Anjney line	Why it fits
Compressed air: ring main, risers, drops to stringer, laminator, framing, trimming and sorting	PPCH	No rust or scale carried to module-line equipment. Fused joints with no O-rings. Adding a drop when the line is re-laid out is one fusion joint.
Instrument air, nitrogen, vacuum	PPCH	Same material from header to drop, so no dissimilar-metal junction anywhere.
Cooling and chilled water to diffusion, PECVD and chiller loads	PPRCT	No internal scaling in recirculating circuits. Electrofusion above 200 mm keeps the bore clear.
Cooling tower supply and return, outdoors	PPRCT	Carbon UV layer: no cladding, no repainting, no corrosion at supports.
Raw, soft, RO and DM water	PPRCT	Fused joints with no cement, thread or gasket.
Cell-line texturing and etching feed and drain, post-etch rinse	PP-H	Single homogeneous wall for HF, HNO₃, KOH, NaOH and H₃PO₄ service. No bead for crystallising salts.
Acid and alkali drains, ETP, neutralisation and ZLD	PP-H	Segregated corrosive drains, fluoride-bearing streams, MEE and ZLD concentrate transfer.

Not offered: the ultra-pure water polish loop. That stays in the material your UPW vendor specifies.

What we need to quote

The utility and compressed-air line schedule, or the P&ID, with sizes, lengths, service and design conditions
Fluid, concentration, temperature and pressure for every chemical and drain line
The compressor and dryer schedule and the drop count for the air network

We return a sized network, a bill of material, marked joint positions and a like-for-like installed cost against your current specification, with any lines we will not take marked as such.
